PIPE2000 - one of the UK’s longest established designers, suppliers and installers of polymer underfloor heating systems - has updated its website. Professional users can now access comprehensive information on underfloor heating, combined heating and cooling systems and pre insulated pipes for heating or cooling mains.
The information is in PDF format and is available to view on-line or to download, either as a complete Information Book or as individual sections. A book of reference projects is also available. Alternatively, a CD can be posted on request.
PIPE2000 specialises in new-build educational, community and health/residential projects but it has also provided underfloor heating and pre-insulated mains to large private houses.
Data sheets for the premium quality Brugg range of pre-insulated pipes are available on-line. These pipes are widely used underground and can be supplied in long coil lengths to avoid joints wherever possible.
• The top-selling Calpex range uses PEX-a as the carrier pipe and combines premium quality with competitive prices.
• Casaflex has a corrugated stainless steel carrier pipe for the most demanding applications and can cope with up to 160°C at 25 bar.
• Copperflex uses a copper carrier pipe and is ideal for smaller installations.
• Eigerflex uses an insulating sheath and a trace heating cable to provide protection against freezing of fluids in the PE carrier pipe.
PIPE2000 was founded in 1986. The company name was changed from Enviraflor Limited in 1998 to reflect the expansion of its product range and activities.
