PIPE 2000 now have a range of flexible pre-insulated copper pipes for use with all water systems, including heating, hot and cold-water services, chilled water and other suitable fluids.

Pipes are available as single or two pipe jointless systems, offering substantial savings over more conventional pipe systems requiring couplings and the application of insulation on site.

Copperflex ® is designed for smaller pipe systems using copper pipes between 15mm and 35mm. The pipes are fully and continuously insulated with CFC- and HCFC-free flexible polyurethane foam and a tough outer casting of polyethylene. These pipes can be pulled to a very good radius to facilitate entry in and out of buildings and for use in floor ducts and risers.

The pipes are suitable for either below or above ground applications and in service ducts and shafts. When used below ground with solid backfill there are no requirements for expansion joints, anchors or guides and although pre-insulated with a tough outer polyethylene casing, the pipes can still be pulled to a very good radius to facilitate entry in and out of building and for use in floor ducts and risers.
