• Floor plan drawings of the areas involved. CAD drawings are preferred but correctly scaled paper drawings are also acceptable.

• Floor construction details. Sectional drawings are ideal, otherwise a description will suffice

• An indication of the floor finish proposed e.g. carpet, hardwood floor, T&G boards, sheet vinyl

• An indication of the likely installation dates

In return we will supply a quotation tailored to your requirements, which will generally include:

• Supply of PEX pipe, manifolds, and pipe fixing materials

• Insulation required to meet the Building Regulations or specific requirements of the system offered

• Water temperature mixing valve/pump sets

• Actuators, roomstats and wiring centres to provide individual room control

• Installation service

Our quotation will allow for the preparation of pipework layout design and technical calculations.

On occasions items may be provided by others and our quotation will reflect this.
